She is so friendly and personable that, once Amber got involved in the planning, we definitely relaxed knowing everything was in good hands. She connected quickly with all the other vendors to ensure everyone was on the same page, communicated clearly with us and ensured that details were covered that we never would have thought of. She even brought goodies to the rehearsal, where she came so well prepared and made sure everyone was clear on their roles on the special day. Partial Wedding Management
There are hundreds of moving parts and aesthetic details that happen behind the scenes on a wedding day, you need someone you can depend on to handle all the personal touches, logistics & vendors. This is why hiring a wedding coordinator is more than just having another vendor be a part of your day, it is an investment in making sure this day celebrating your love is one you will enjoy to the fullest! This service starts at the four week mark leading up to and is very similar to Day of Wedding Coordination.
Full Wedding Management
The six weeks leading up to your wedding, can be the most overwhelming weeks of your engagement journey. Let a wedding coordinator step in and help you with finalizing all the details. They will accompany you to your vendor meetings including your final site visit with your venue and take care of any final administrative tasks in the weeks leading up to your special day. This service is very similar to Month of Wedding Coordination.
